Choosing a College full of opportunities for a hundreds of talented university students. Admission by qualifications and exams. Recent first-level graduates can also apply for the Graduate Residence (co-ed), open to third-cycle university students.

The College Administration Board reserves the right to evaluate any late applications of female students who, even after the deadline of the present competition, pass with particular distinction entrance tests for courses at the University of Pavia that have restricted admission, if the admission ranking has been exhausted.

Anyone who also wishes to access student positions in the Ordinary Courses of the IUSS Higher University School must apply to the IUSS competition

For the Graduate Residence – The choice of…
…a more independent and international environment for about fifty recent Master's graduates, enrolled in specialization schools, masters and doctorates (competition by qualifications), with places also for recent first level graduates and visiting professors/scholars.
Call 2024-2025 (in Italian): at least 12 positions available, all financially subsidized. Deadlines: August 31 and September 30, 2024.

This experience made me discover the different facets of collegiate life, albeit in a different way from how I would have experienced it as a graduate student; it also allowed me to improve my knowledge of English (with the courses organized by the College), it gave me the opportunity to interact with kids from different backgrounds than mine and with inspiring personalities (like the senator and scientist Elena Cattaneo).
