“I am really proud to be one of the five winners, in the field of Theoretical Physics, of the 'More women in Physics', promoted by INFN – National Institute of Nuclear Physics.
When applying for this call, shortly after the end of my three-year course, I found myself wondering how I could fully exploit this opportunity. There were many ideas and interests, but already from the first lessons of the first semester, I was fascinated by the theoretical study of particles and fundamental interactions.
Today, after a few months now, I finally have a certain answer. In fact, I wanted to base my master's degree course precisely in the field of nuclear and subnuclear physics and, to further enrich my education, I decided to pursue the objective of a thesis abroad supervised, for the University of Pavia, by prof. Barbara Pasquini. Thanks to the Project Erasmus Traineeship in fact, next year I will have the opportunity to carry out my thesis at the University of Tübingen, in Germany, precisely in the field of hadronic nuclear physics".
