For the Sandra Bruni Mattei Lecture named after the Founder of Collegio Nuovo, on Tuesday 22 October (21 pm, in the Aula Magna and on Zoom, as well as live on Facebook) two exceptional Alumnae return to the College, united by the fact that they have been included by Forbes Italia among the 100 successful women selected for the 2024 edition.
I am the lawyer Barbara de Muro, Equity Partner of LCA Law Firm and for over twenty years a member of the Board of Directors of the Sandra and Enea Mattei Foundation which oversees the Collegio Nuovo, and Elena Paola Lanati, founder and CEO of innovative start-ups in the life sciences field, former President of the Alumnae del Nuovo Association, of which they are both staunch supporters.
To lead the dialogue with them, Anna Carmassi, tireless project leader of STEAMiamoci, the network of Italian and international institutions and companies, to which Collegio Nuovo belongs: a network committed to supporting the talent of women, especially in the STEM area, without forgetting the energy of the artistic field; by changing the acronym, the name of the network also becomes an exhortation, for women, to greater self-esteem.
The meeting will be held in person (Aula Magna del Collegio Nuovo, v. Abbiategrasso 404, Pavia) and remotely. Registration is required by October 21st for in-person participation; by October 22nd, 18.30:XNUMX pm for those who wish to connect remotely. The event will also be broadcast live on Facebook at @collegionuovopavia.
The initiative is included, upon possible confirmation by the individual College concerned, member of the CCUM, among the recognized training activities. The meeting is accredited for IUSS students as part of the Extra-Class activities of the ordinary courses.
