UniPV, IUSS, CCUM
Among the very first university colleges of merit to be recognized by the Ministry of Education, University and Research, by decree of the President of the Republic Sandro Pertini (1980), the Collegio Nuovo, on the basis of Ministerial Decree 673/2016, was accredited as College of Merit by MIUR. As a member of CCUM, Conference of University Colleges of Merit it also participated in the establishment of EucA– European University Colleges Association, of which Collegio Nuovo is now a member.
The College's first partner is the ancient University of Pavia(1361), with which are promoted courses accredited by the University itself: in particular in the 22-23 academic year was launched "The Non-Resident Collegiate Project", which encompasses courses and workshops for transversal skills.
With the same multidisciplinary approach was launched the IUSS Higher University School of which the College is among the founding members.
Some Collegio Nuovo students are also enrolled in this School, others can access the courses as auditors of
pre-degree courses.
The IUSS also provides PhD schools: some students are housed in the Graduate Residence of the College, which also hosts many students from the Schools of Medical Specialisation and Doctoral Schools of the University of Pavia.
